Who is this course for?

This course is for Orthopedic professionals such as Orthopedic Casting Technicians, looking to start the application of FlexiOH immobilizers at their clinic. Course A is for those focussed on the upper limb, or treating both upper and lower limb conditions. Those focused exclusively on the lower limb need not take this course. They only need to take Course C.

About this course

This course describes in detail, the steps of applying 4 variants of FlexiOH immobilizers for the upper limb, namely, the Long Arm Immobilizer, the Long Thumb Spica and the Ulnar and Radial Gutter Immobilizers.

How to take this course

After completing each section of the course, please remember to click the "Complete" button on the top right of the interactive panel. This is required to mark that section as complete and unlock the subsequent section and quiz.

Until all the preceding sections are marked complete in this way, the section-end quizzes will not get unlocked. All sections must be marked complete, and all quizzes must be passed with a score of 80% or above for issuance of the course completion certificate.
